Re: items found in a illegal search is called??something forbidden fruit''
This specific area of law is complicated and legal rulings regarding searches and seizures are highly fact-dependent. The suppression of illegally seized evidence is a legal concept that comes from the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution. The answer to specific questions as to what evidence will or will not be suppressed is found in court decisions, both federal and state, interpreting the Constitution and other applicable laws.
