Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I went to jail with an assult, no charges were made. first time ever been in trouble ever and im 37. I was 34 at the time i believe and it was a domestic dispute. Is there a way to get it taken off my record?

If there were no charges filed or any charges were dismissed, you can hire an attorney to have your record expunged. I'd find out what was on the record first.
