Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
in jail without bond
My husband is in jail for an investigation of a stolen vehicle out of another agency. He has been there for 60 hrs now with no bond and nobody will tell us anything. Is there some kind of limit as to how long they can hold him before charging him?

It is impossible to know with these limited facts. You need to hire a criminal defense lawyer to investigate.
