Re: How much jail you can get

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is a first degree or second degree felony, depending upon the circumstances of the offense. A first degree felony is punishable by life in prison or a term of 5-99 years, and a fine up to $10,000. A second degree felony is punisable by a term of 2-20 years, and a fine up to $10,000.00.

The range of punishment on the probation violation depends upon the the sentencing in that case.

Depending upon his history, he could be indicted as a repeat or habitual offender.

How much jail time he actually gets depends upon the outcome of the specific cases. It is impossible to speculate whether he would be found guilty, and if so, what the sentence would be.
