Jail time?

ok I was convicted of a shoplifting charge a year ago and I was granted by A judge defered judification and was put on probabtion I successfully completed me community svc but the last month of my service I was stopped by a police officer and I wasn't aware that I had a warrant out for my arrest for a theft by check charge and was arrested.... I went to jail and was bonded out I have a court date jan 19th, i have taken care if the check that was the problem and I am taking a check writting class this weekend. My probabtion officer knows about all of this and the check was written before I was charged with anything last year my question is.... do you think I will receive any jail time for this?

There is a very good chance that you can smooth this over without further problems, but your chances are greatly improved if you have a lawyer. Without warning your PO could file a revocation and turn it all upside down. It is worth the $1000 to have an attorney get the check charge dismissed, and talk to the APO to not revoke your probation.
