You really need to seek the assistance of a criminal defense law firm. Depending on what crime under the Texas Penal Code you are alleged to have violated, will ultimately determine the maximum sentence that could be imposed by the judge or jury. As for the minimum time you may spend in jail for assault with a motor vehicle, the only response, based on what you have stated, is no jail time.
