Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I went to Job Corp a couple of years ago. They asked me to leave because I refused the pap smear that I was not warned about. They then held me in a cell without me being a threat to anyone. After I was escorted out without my things, they mailed me my belongings many weeks later and half of my things were missing. No one would return my calls.

You may have had a cause of action for false imprisonment, but after the passage of two years, the statute of limitations will have lapsed (depending on where it occurred).
