A lot depends what the conviction is for. A drug possession conviction will probably prevent a license as well as a crime of moral turpitude. A crime of moral turpitude is a morally bad crime like lying, deciet, or theft. IT also depends if she had a conviction or deferred adjudication. More info is needed.
