Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Joining a branch of the military instead or probation or jail time
I have a DWI, possesion under 2 oz., and an unlawfully carrying a weapon charge all in the same incident. These charges are my first and are currently still pending. Recently three more charges, possesion of dangerous drugs, possesion of marijuana 4 oz. to 5 lbs., and Man Del Cont Sub. I was wondering if it's still an option to join a branch of the military instead of being put on probation or put in jail and so that it's not put on my record.
