Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
The judge said my case was unindicted. Why would my case be unindicted and what does it mean? It is a DWI - 3rd Offense.

For all felonies in Texas, after arrest, the State must present your case to the grand jury and the grand jury has to indict you by agreeing that there was probable cause to believe you committed the offense. It is a secretive process that you have no right to be present at.
