Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if a judge decides to forfeit my bond and it results in a warrant and my mother only signed a promissory note with no collateral, if i decide to avoid persecution is my mother in anyway legally responsible?

Yes. She signed a contract to be responsible for the entire bond if you jumped bond. It does not matter whether or not she put up collateral; they can go after her assets after a lawsuit.
