Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Please do not be judgmental. How much trouble am I looking at? So... Here is the story to what happen! I might of raped someone if you want to call it that, "i call it a bad choice".. We were playing Video Games and laughing, messing around and stuff like that. Well! I took it way to far cause I sometimes do an sometimes I get way to attached to a person and it ended up leading to Oral.. I gave the Oral, what I did not force and if she said no I would of stopped it only lasted like 4 minutes.. And I did not think of not doing it cause I get really bad urges that make me want to do it.. I did not force Oral on me or put nothing in.. After it I felt so bad and regretted the whole thing an wish it never happened.. I was (much) older then her.. I have no crime record or anything like that, I am a good person that just made a bad choice. It happened 3 times! My attentions were to play Video Games and not anything that had to do with you just read.. I never done this before this happened.. It was a family member. This is a real question not a troll question... I could say this happened cause I have a sex and Porn addiction. But yes.. I know it was wrong! That is why, I want to turn myself in.
