Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Justice for all?

my son was shot twice three months ago, in stomach and then in the back of the head during a botched robbery. He recognized one of the robbers as someone one of his friends knew. We have given the police department this kids my space site, pictures of him on it, his cell phone number, the licnese plate number of his car and he is still walking around free, where is the justice, does this punk have to actually kill someone before they do something. My son will be scarred for life but at least he is still alive.

Re: Justice for all?

When you contact the PD or the DA's investigator what response do you get? They should have a plausible explanation for not arresting him when there is a victim's positive ID. If he has been arrested, and made bail, then you will have to wait for the outcome of the trial.
