Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Juvenile
My 15 yo was charged with a Class B Misdemeanor, later case was dismissed..Do I need to get this expunged off of her record? I was told it will state that she was arrested, even though it was dismissed.

yes. Even though juvenile records are suppose to be sealed. Some people are still able to get them. Therefore, it is best to expunged the case.
