Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Juvenile
My 15 yr old was arrested for attempting to burglarize a garage, nothing was taken, the owners are pressing charges. My son is a straight a student and has never been in toruble. he was with 2 kids that have juvenile records. should i go talk to the home owners and try to convince them to drop the charges.
