Re: Juveniles
If your daughter was caught-up in the juvenile system, the process of sealing her record is different than if she were an adult. The process of sealing her juvenile records depends upon whether she was processed for a felony, misdemeanor, or received deferred prosecution. My advice is to contact a criminal defense lawyer who handles the expunction and sealing of records. That lawyer should be able to help you further once more facts about your daughter's case are known.
