Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My son had a fight at school he was issued community service which he did not complete now he has another court date JUly 7 2008 What should i except I'm really worried I tried to get him to go he just felt well I didnt start it he did. I try to explain this is the real world it doesnt matter. He's 16yrs of age hard headed teenager.

Based on what you have written, it sounds like your son may be in for a rude awakening. Generally, the courts are not fond of those defendants who fail to complete the terms of his/her community service. The courts have a wide latitude in what they may do.
