what kind of affidavits should i use
need to write a affidavit of non prosecution. what kind should i use and how long should it be?

There are forms out there -- but it isn't necessary to use a formal form. The complainant can just write out a statement explaining why they do not want to prosecute, be specific, and include information that the defendant is not guilty of the crime, and the reasons for that. Also the DA's office often has their own form to use -- and the complainant could contact that office to obtain the information.
It will need to be signed in front of a notary.
