Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
A lady at my daughter's bus stop is harrassing the kids at the bus stop and made my daughter cry. Is there any legal action I can take?

Has it happened more than one time? Does she have a child at the bus stop, or why is she there? There is a possibility of having the police talk to her but I would suggest you first try talking to her and see what is up and why she is there.
