By a posted sign or verbal or written warning a property owner or person with the right to be at or on a property can give notice to another or others known and unknown that they cannot come onto the property or must immediatelyeave on request or they can be arrested for criminal trespass. The name of the trespasses need not be known. The property owner can point out the person to police and say that the person had been told.
