Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is it too late to fight a sex offender case from 2005? My husband was convicted of having sex with a underaged family member in 2005. The young girl had accused her dad of molesting her 2 times before she accused my husband. My husband didn't have enough money to take it to a jury to fully fight his case so he had no choice to take the charges.

It depends on many factors and not something that can simply be answered here. You need to consult with a lawyer who handles applications for post conviction habeas corpus (11.07).
