Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What is the law in Texas if a owner's dog bites someone out of no where? I have an American bulldog and he has not bit anyone, but my neighbor is scared of him. What kind of legal matters could I get myself into?

You cannot be charged if there is no evidence that the dog is aggressive or violent if he does bite. But, you could be sued for damages.
