Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a lawer call well thay say thay are and I had a old paid day loan and told me if I dont pay tnem the cops were going to come serve my law suit papers I paid 100hunderd dollars and I still own 350 told me if I did not pay today tomorrow thay wete going to can take me to jail I live in texas and I found out thay are from new jersey what can I do

In Texas it is illegal to threaten someone with jail for not paying a debt. These people are scumbags.
Stop talking to them. If they call again, ask for names and addresses, and ask for the name of their company. Give them five seconds to tell you, and if they don't, HANG UP ON THEM.
I am going to repeat this because I'm afraid you won't do it: HANG UP ON THEM.
