legal age to date someone
I am almost 17 and I want to date this guy I've been talking to he is 24 is that ilegal if so what age do I have to be?

What is your parent's position? Almost 17 means you are 16. You can have a friend, permitted by your parents, of any age. Until you are 17 you cannot legally have sex. Then it is with someone within 2 years of age. When you are 18, you can make your own choices.
