Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
is this a legal matter or not?
well i have been verbally abused at work from coworkers and asst. mgr. well the asst. mgr demeaned me and i was so upset i started yelling on the sales floor and in the back room when i was approached by a coworker i threw a folder at her feet and said that i was angry at the other coworker that was not there and wanted to get a gun and kill her. i was only talking out of anger and would never do such a thing in the real. am i in trouble or is apoligizing good enough?

Apologizing is always a good idea. It doesn't sound like you did anything illegal. However, understand that your version of what happened may vary from what is reported to the police by someone else.
