Queston: What must a written statement contain to consider it la-jet in the court of law?
ex. Must the letter contain a vaild contact number of the person issuing the statement, if so what else is needed?
I was arrested for trespassing in the apartments of family and friends and many are willing to issue their own statements on my behalf.

I don't know what la-jet is -- but if you want a person's statement accepted by a court of law, then you need the person in the courtroom to testify.
