Re: Legal term
It means that your probation officer may file a motion to revoke your probation.
This means you could possibly be going to jail or prison depending on the crime you were charged with.
You need an attorney to help you fight your revocation.
I was a former probation officer for dallas county and I know how to tear them apart.
If I can answer any questions for you feel free to contact me.

Re: Legal term
A motion to revoke in simple terms is a request by the state to revoke a defendant's probation for some violation of their plea agreement. The next step after probation has been revoked is to sentence the defendant within the range of punishment for the specific offense committed.
