Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if I was legally drunk and police had put me in police car and I asked who turned me in can they tell me if so I made statement I ought to kill the bitch and felony charges be filed on me. This person still lives in my home has for over a year since this incident.

What is your question? Can charges be filed? Charges can always be filed if the DA's office accepts them. Whether a case can be made depends on the circumstances. It is not about where the person lives; it is about the threat that you made. However, it does not sound like a good case for the prosecution if you are in custody - obviously you cannot immediately carry out the threat. (Terroristic threat is a misdemeanor.)
