Litigation
Sue tells Alice that she committed several murders. Sue was killed in an plane crash two weeks later. Bryce has been arrested for the murders. Alice wants to testify at Bryce trial regarding Sue's statement. Does this constitute hearsay? If so, do one of the exceptions apply?

I would say hearsay under 801. Exception would be statement against interest under 803(24).
