Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

i live at an aparment complex with my two children under the age of 10. i recently have been having issues with my neighbors so bad that they are calling cops and telling them that i hit ther kid with a golf club. and then have her husband come out and threaten to beat me and my neighbor that lives be side me. i fear what they might do next i cant even have my kids playing out side because i worry what story they will come up with next. o and my landlord dosnt seem to care. i have till december on my lease of this year and i need out.how do i do it? or what can i do is the ? i dont feel like we should have to live like prisoners in our own house

The threat to beat you and your neighbor is a terroristic threat and that kind of activity should cause you to call the police. Any time that you are forced to deal with these people for any reason, you should record everything. You should tell your children to steer completely clear of those people, too. If you know their names, you might try checking on the county website to see if you can find that they have any kind of conviction as this is probably a violation of their lease. As far as how to break a lease, you will have to ask under a section other than "criminal law" in which I am responding.
