Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
So I live in on campus housing. I'm 25 years old. My situation is this: my roommate along with the majority of everyone else here are underage. If we have parties in my Apt and the majority of people are minors at these gatherings what kind of risk do I run of getting in trouble even if I dont buy the alcohol? How can I safe guard myself against the law? IE: RSVP lists, wrist bands, X's on hands
Thanks,
~ Student

If the party is in your Apartment and the police discover minors are present, you can charged with furnishing alcohol to minors.
Best way to minimize risk is not to have a party with alcohol or minors. Next best is not to have a party with alcohol present. Alcohol poses too many risks, even with adults.
