Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I live in Texas, have one felony on my record/possesion, I want to see about my options for expungement/sealed, etc. I was placed on deferred, violated it, then I got a lawyer, and was put on regular, violated it, but had some conditions and an extension, I did the SAFP program, and was even let off regular probation for good behaivoir/motion for early release, do I have options?

Since you were put on "regular" probation you are not eligible for expunction or and order of non-disclosure.
Your only remaining option is a pardon from the Texas Governor (with is VERY unlikely, unless you have a good reason for the pardon).
You should consult with a local criminal defense lawyer if you wish to pursue a pardon.
Good Luck!
