Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I live in Texas. I was at a house where a 'no knock' "warrant" was served, which I never saw. The court docket states, 'complaint filed, xxxx sheriff's office, No warrant' and the jail roster stated, under warrant # 'onview'...and no return was made or filed, yet a "warrant" was presented and used during court. How could there have actually been a warrant given these notations?
