Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
so i live in texas and i am 22 ...i got pulled over for speeding and missing a front plate...the officer smelled marijuana...long story short...i was honest and told him i had a meniscule amount of pot and a small hamdpipe in fhe console...he ended up giving me a citation for possesion or delivery of drug paraphernalia...i have court Wednesday and i was wondering if id be eligible for a defensive driving to dismiss it or deffered adjudication if anything ...if anyone can help awnser this or point me in the right direction itd be greatly appreciated
