Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Live in Texas and want to purchase a gun but back in Miami, Florida I have a smudge on my record that reads nolle pros-comp dvi (will it come out)........ will that affect my purchase and do I answer the questions being asked.

Based on what you have written, generally only felony convictions prevent an individual from owning a firearm.
