I live in in tx i just caught my 2nd weed case poss under 2oz i was wondering if i could like get the charge dropped are dissmissed if i joined the military more specifally the marines

It depends on the jurisdiction, the facts of the case, and whether you can get a pre-commit. Be aware, though, that some branches of the military services are no longer taking people with ANY criminal record - and it sounds like you already have something for the first marijuana case. If you are serious about joining the marines, contact a local recruiter to see if it is even possible. You also need to hire a lawyer to represent you.
