Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I live outside the United States and have been indicted by a Federal Court. Is there any way to proceed with the initial appearance/arraignment without returning to the US? I believe I have a strong case for dismissal and want to make such a motion.

No. You cannot appear in any way other than in person. You should hire a lawyer before you return so that things can be made to go more smoothly and perhaps quicker.
