Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had gotten a loan and I ran into where I couldn't pay and I get a phone call that I'm being charged for fraud I could do 10 a month but thats all don't they have to accept that since I am at least trying to pay?

I think you're telling me that a bill collector called you and told you that you're being charged with fraud because you didn't make payments.
You need to start recording these calls. Radio Shack will sell you some good-quality telephone recording equipment for about $40. You do NOT need anybody's permission to record a phone conversation (as long as you're a party to the conversation), and you do NOT have to tell them you're recording them.
You're not going to be charged with fraud.
