Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
a loan of $450. throu cash net over the inter
son borrowed this money lost his job everything 8/08 no way to pay still unemployed only worked very little since. they are filling criminal and say take him to court with fees of up to $4,500 unless i pay $975.is this right or is it civil and should i pay for him.times is hard.
