If it is a final conviction (either prison or regular probation), then this is on your record permanently. If you successfully completed a deferred adjudication probation and were discharged, you may be eligible to seal some felony deferreds 5 years after the discharge date. However, the sealing will only affect the public's ability to see the arrests; law enforcement will always have access to those records (as well as any state licensing agency).
