How long does a Grand Jury have to make a decision?
The Grand Jury has met 3 times regarding a possible indictiment of my ex husband for sexual contact with a minor. How many times can they meet before making a decision? And what might hold this up?

As many as they choose until the statute of limitations expires.
It might be held up by a disagreement as to probable cause.
