Lost Glasses
If I know I left something in a hotel room and they claim there was nothing found, do I have and grounds to file a police report or any other legal action against the person who cleaned the room/ hotel itself.

You can contact the police, but it is unlikely that they will file a report. You can sue in JP court, but proof will be difficult to accomplish, and additionally, there is probably a written hotel policy regarding lost and found.
