Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is making my step son do physical labor considered child abuse. His mother gave him to us after he was kicked out of 4 different school districts for behavior? By physical labor I am talking about push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, pulling weeds ect. Any other suggestions would be very welcome.
