Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
A man physically abused my son and he is doing two years in jail. The mother of the abuser keeps calling CPS with false accusations because she is not allowed a relationship with mine and the abusers 12 month old child. CPS told me they cannot tell me who is making the reports and then said "if I were in your shoes I would file harassment charges" I'm broke, now what? T his has been going on a year
