Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a man and woman are dating and they have a drawer of money the woman takes some and leaves. Can she get in trouble for theft?

if " they" have a drawer of money, then no. if it is his money and she does not have permission, then possibly. contact local law enforcement (non emergency number) and provide them the details. either that or speak to your county prosecutors

If the money belongs to them, then she is not committing theft. If it belongs to him, then she is committing theft, no matter that it was in "their" drawer.
