Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
mann act
my husband is being charged with the Mann Act , but only part of the statute, sexual offense, which there is no evicence, he is not being charged with interstate commerce. Can this be challenged? How can he be charged only part of a statute? Thnak you Kristine Donaldson
