Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

marijuana possession

my friend and i were stopped and the car searched. the officer talking to me said that if we gave up the dealer he would let us go. but, the other officer with my friend said that someone had to go to jail and took her. i would like to claim the marijuana only belonged to me since it was my car and have her name cleared. but, i really don't want to go to jail. how can i do this and get either community service or probation? it was for less than 5 oz.
