Can i marry a level 2 sex offender in texas? Can my ex husband take my kids away from me even though he is a felon of aggravated assault?

Your ex will certainly have an argument for taking the children under a change of circumstances. Obviously there is more concern about a sex offender than an aggravated assault charge when it comes to the children.
