What is the maximum penalty for a convicted felon {for drug charges} to be charged with shooting a firearm in bexar county texas.

Could be charged with felon in possession of a weapon. With regard to shooting the weapon, it depends on the target of the shooting - aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, felony criminal mischief, etc.
