This is a guess as every clerks office uses different abbreviations. They should be able to tell you exactly.

Person set to appear in front of magistrate Wolff (judge) on February 11, 2012. The judge found probable cause and "bound over" meaning said this case has enough evidence to go forward. An examining trial was not set (00000) and no examining trial judge named because the case was ind (indicted). GJ means grand jury. 3/21/12 would probably mean the date the case was set on a court docket. Don't know the other numbers. The case was disposed on February 14, 2012 when the case was reduced to a misdemeanor and probation was given.
